USA Management is seeking DRIVEN individuals for the Pool Manager position  in several locations nationwide. The applicant must aspire to grow with position and always provide 110% customer service and safety of the facility. USA is also seeking applicants who value the importance of arriving to work on time and providing consistency in labor and actions.

In order to be considered for this highly lucrative and very rewarding opportunity, you must have a high school degree, 1-3 years aquatic experience preferred and/or commercial pool maintenance experience, must be over the age of 18 years and pass a bagkground check and drug screening. YOU must also exhibit the following qualities:

  • Ability to operate, maintain and fully manage a designated territory and accounts.
  • Must have demonstrated organizational skills
  • A record of meeting and/or exceeding existing or previous management/sales goals

  • Ability to direct daily operations to: Assisting GM or AD in daily operations
  • Increase Sales for Company and Clients
  • Retaining existing accounts Open/close seasonal facilities
  • Multitasking Customer Service skills

Essential Functions

  • Prepare all work schedules for employees making sure the manager or head life guard is on duty at all times the pool is open
  • Chemical analysis and application
  • Ensure hourly employees work no more than 40 hours per week
  • Ensure employees under his/her direct supervision are properly trained in their duties 
  • Hold monthly training & safety meetings for all employees under his/her direct supervision 
  • Track pool attendance, balance cash drawer, & bring money to the city office for deposit
  • Ensure proper operating condition of all equipment
  • Handle first aid problems
  • Maintain staff rotations and staff breaks
  • Maintain discipline at the swimming pool facility and supervises all staff enforcing staff policies and rules
  • Maintain positive public relations at the swimming pool
  • Document and reports all disciplinary problems and accidents-reports will be neat and concise
  • Maintain a clean facility including but not limited to bathrooms, trash picked up in and outside of facility, pool vacuumed a minimum of 2 times per week, more as needed
  • Set a positive example for the rest of the staff to follow
