USA Management is an aquatic management firms and is seeking DRIVEN individuals for the customer service position to oversee several locations nationwide. The applicant must aspire to grow with position and always provide 110% customer service and safety of the facility. USA is also seeking applicants who value the importance of arriving to work on time and providing consistency in labor and actions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

A customer service manager interacts with a company's customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition, they deal with the onsite teams at each of the disginated facilities.

Job Duties:

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Effective communication to each facilty to ensure company brand standards.
  • Hire and discipline team members for disginated facilities.
  • Scheduling of day to day as well as facility audits and training with on-site teams.
